Kamran Akmal Ex Pakistani Cricketer Interview

Kamran Akmal recently gave an interview to a T.V channel. He was looking good and positive. He answered all the questions with a smiling face. He said that a sportsman is always busy to keep himself fit and energetic and he is enjoying the blessed month of Ramadan. He didn't go for shopping yet. My age doesn't allow me to go for shopping but I enjoy shopping with my kids.

Further he mentioned Kakul Academy training in Abbottabad, it is a good sign that our players are working on their physical fitness. These camps should be held after before every series or tournament if we have time. Just before New Zealand tour to Pakistan, this fitness will help our cricketers to perform well.

Kami gave his opinion on the sudden change of captain of Pakistan cricket team. He said that it was too early to change a captain by just providing him 5 matches. Shahin Afridi should have been given more time to prove his skills as a captain. They went for Babar Azam again. PCB is doing experiments with Pakistan cricket.

Selectors like Wahab Riaz and Abdul Razzaq have criticized Babar Azam as a captain on television but now they have changed their mind. What's happening I don't know? But it is not good for Pakistan cricket and their cause. It is difficult to have three or four captain in a team. I have experienced such a situation in the dressing room.

Chairman PCB has given a strong message by saying that he would not tolerant any division or grouping in the team, said Kamran. It is  harmful for our domestic cricket that we have selected an outsider (Usman Tariq) on just one performance in PSL and our domestic players who play the whole didn't get opportunity. He said that Chairman PCB looks like a puppet who is being controlled by others.

If PCB don't want division in the team, then they should announce Babar Azam captain till 2027. Every conspiracy and perception will end sooner than later and the players will play with unity and harmony, he concluded.
